DEFINITION
Activity – means any Camp, Club, Course, Tour, experience, Subscription, Event or Activity organised and operated through any member of ASG Football Tours LTD and its subsidiaries.
Terms and Conditions – means the terms contained in this document and any other document referred to within it.
ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
You will need to keep your account name and password confidential. You will need to notify us straightaway of any unauthorised use of your account.
BOOKINGS
Your booking is with ASG FOOTBALL TOURS (trading as ASG Sports Group Limited). Registered office: Unit 2 Hammond Close, Attleborough Fields Ind Estate, Nuneaton, Warwickshire, England, CV11 6RY. Company registration number 09983386 (we, us, the Company).
Bookings for all activities must be made in advance. By booking a place for your child on any Activity with ASG Football Tours LTD you accept these Terms and Conditions. ASG Football Tours LTD offers an online booking service, once the booking has been completed and submitted, payments set up and the booking validated by ASG Football Tours LTD you will be sent confirmation of your booking via the email address you have provided. Re-booking reminder emails will be sent if payment is not received once the booking has started. Bookings are subject to these Terms and Conditions which are hereby incorporated.
Receiving email acknowledgement of payment is confirmation of your request to book a child on an ASG Football Tours LTD Activity. Booking on to a trip can easily be arranged by talking to a member of ASG Football Tours LTD.
Before booking please ensure your player/players is/are able to attend the Activity and meet/s the conditions for such Activity as listed. ASG Football Tours LTD will NOT issue any refunds due to circumstances beyond our control.
SIBLING/FAMILY DISCOUNT
Discounts are available when booking for additional siblings on any Trip.
PAYMENT
ASG Football Tours LTD accepts credit/debit card through STRIPE as method of payment when paying in monthly instalments through class4kids. When paying in full an invoice will be sent to the customer with the relevant bank details on and we request this is paid within 30 days. A deduction of 1p per month will be made on this invoice to ensure the customer is also registered on the class4kids system where the deduction will be made from and the number of months will be determined when the original booking has taken place
NOTICE PERIOD/CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT
All bookings through ASG Football Tours are within your best interest to protect all participating players, parents, family members or friends. All quotes issued are based on the number of people travelling. Each case will be dealt with by a member of ASG Football Tours team.
CANCELLATION
You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices. Since we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, you will have to pay the applicable cancellation charges as follows:

Each case is different as we quote our tours on a individual group basis. This allows us to give a accurate quote. However this means when you wish to cancel we will need to access the situation in regards to what suppliers and accommodation has been paid for already, this will have a direct impact on your refund.
CHILD PROTECTION
All ASG Football Tours LTD staff hold current child protection and DBS certification. In the event that a child makes a disclosure or a member of staff believes that the child is suffering from abuse we will act in accordance with our child protection policy, a copy of which is available on request to ASG Football Tours LTD.
FILM/PHOTOGRAPHY
ASG Football Tours LTD may from time to time take photographs/film of any of ASG Football Tours LTD activity, the use of this data is solely for the purpose of promoting and publicising ASG Football Tours LTD activities through our literature, website, social media platforms (Facebook, twitter) press and TV.
Parents/guardians that do not wish for their child to be photographed/filmed must make ASG Football Tours LTD aware of this in writing before the Activity starts.
ASG Football Tours LTD will hold all personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be requested. We will remind you to update every 2 years via email.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
ASG Football Tours LTD cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst attending a ASG Football Tours LTD activity.
ASG Football Tours LTD will request a reasonable cost of repairing or replacing a piece of equipment if a player/players are found to be responsible for causing damage or the equipment going missing which has been provided for the Activity.
HEALTH & SAFETY
A full risk assessment will be carried out before any activity takes place at a new venue. ASG Football Tours LTD staff hold a current emergency aid certificate issued by an appropriate body.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions you are providing consent for ASG Football Tours LTD staff to administer any and all necessary first aid to your child as required at any time.
For safety reasons it is compulsory for ALL travelling with ASG Football Tours to take out there own travel insurance, for example, football, futsal or another contact sport.
ASG Football Tours LTD reserves the right to It is the parent/clubs responsibility to ensure appropriate sports wear is carried out.
ASG Football Tours will NOT be held responsible for any loss or injury whilst attending a ASG Football Tours LTD activity.
ASG Football Tours LTD reserves the right to refuse permission to participate for any child who has or had any form of illness or injury within 48 hours of the trip. ASG Football Tours LTD requests parents/club to refrain from bringing your player to the trip if this is the case.
ASG Football Tours LTD reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
We need to know about any medical conditions of your child in case of an incidents whilst in our care. Any medical conditions that any participant may have must be fully disclosed (1) at the time of booking in writing to ASG Football Tours LTD at registration and (2) to a member of ASG Football Tours LTD on the activity.
LIABILITY
ASG Football Tours LTD has Public Liability insurance with cover provided by Insure4sport. Other than in relation to death, personal injury, or property damage, where ASG Football Tours LTD or its staff is proven to be negligent, ASG Football Tours LTD liability to you is limited to the booking fee paid by you.
PROGRAMME CHANGES
All information is correct at the time of printing and publishing. Please check details on our web site before you book. In the event that ASG Football Tours LTD has to cancel an activity for any reason (inclement weather, venue safety reasons etc), alternative provisions to stage the activity at another time or venue will be arranged and confirmed to all. ASG Football Tours LTD will not be liable if you are unable to attend at the alternatively arranged time or venue and NO refund will be issued.

COMPLAINTS
In the unlikely event that you or your child are dissatisfied with the service we provide then please in the first instance raise it with an ASG representative at the activity. He/she will deal will the problem in accordance with our policies and procedures.
If the problem is not resolved to your satisfaction, then please write to our customer services team info@asgfootballtours.co.uk within 7 days of child’s attendance on the activity.
We take your views and complaints very seriously and will endeavour to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible.
INFORMATION
The information on this site is updated regularly. However, we hereby exclude any warranties (whether expressed or implied) as to the quality, accuracy, efficacy, completeness, performance, and fitness for a particular purpose of the site.
These Terms and Conditions form the entire agreement between you and ASG Football Tours LTD.
By booking an activity with ASG Football Tours LTD you are acknowledging your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and confirm that you have not relied on any other representation other than those contained within these Terms and Conditions.
If any term within these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable by a competent Court then such term shall be struck out but the remaining terms within these Terms and Conditions shall continue in force to the full extent permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.
